We are looking for a professional and courteous Front Desk Executive to manage our front office operations and ensure a welcoming experience for all clients and visitors. The ideal candidate should be well-presented, fluent in English, and capable of handling administrative and customer service responsibilities with efficiency.
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk with all essential materials (stationery, brochures, forms, etc.)
Greet and welcome clients/visitors and ensure they feel valued
Handle incoming calls, provide information or redirect appropriately, and take accurate messages
Receive and distribute letters, parcels, and packages
Prepare outgoing correspondence and courier packages
Provide excellent customer service to both external visitors and internal staff
Monitor and manage office supplies and place orders as needed
Maintain updated records, logs, and documentation
Track and report office expenses and administrative costs
Issue, collect, and verify visitor badges and maintain visitor logs
Manage meeting room availability and bookings
Assist with day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks as required
Fluent in English communication (verbal and written)
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
