Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and visitors with a warm smile and assist them with their needs
Manage the front desk smoothly, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and visitor records
Attend phone calls, emails, and messages politely and direct them to the appropriate department
Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and other teams to ensure guest comfort
Maintain a clean, organized, and pleasant reception area at all times
Handle guest queries and concerns patiently, escalating issues when required
Support basic administrative work such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
Ensure registers, appointment schedules, and courier records are properly updated
