Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcome visitors, manage calls, & maintain visitor records
2. Handle couriers, mail, & meeting room bookings
3. Provide clerical support (filing, data entry, documentation)
4. Coordinate with HR/Admin for office tasks & onboarding support
5. Maintain reception area & office supplies
Skills:
Good communication (English + local language), professional appearance, MS Office knowledge, multitasking & organizational skills.
