JOB DESCRIPTION:
Answering phone in a professional manner and routing calls or taking messages as
necessary.
Operating knowledge of office equipment like Printer / Copier / Scanner / Fax etc.
Receive packages, deliveries, letters and to handle all inward & outward couriers.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and materials.
Regularly checking and sorting emails.
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks like making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, taking follow-ups whenever required etc.
ELIGIBILITY:
Qualification – Graduate > Skill – Excellent written and verbal communication skills, should be good looking & presentable > Experience – 1-2 years
Prefer candidate should be living in or near Bandra, Kurla, Dadar, Mahim or Khar region.
