We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic real estate company. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and business partners. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and agents in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Provide basic and accurate information about the company, property listings, and available services.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for agents and management.
Manage front desk operations including incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supplies.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation.
Handle inquiries from clients and refer them to the appropriate agent or department.
Support coordination of open houses, client meetings, and property showings.
Ensure confidentiality and security of client and company information.
High School Diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or secretarial training is a plus.
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Prior experience in real estate or property management is preferred but not required.
6 Working days e.g., Wednesday to Monday , 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM]
Occasional weekend or evening hours may be required based on business needs.
