As the front face of our enterprise workspace during our prime operational hours, you will play a critical role in managing our front office, welcoming guests, and coordinating administrative tasks that keep our workspace running smoothly.
Position Overview
We are looking for a highly professional, well-spoken, and organized Front Office Executive / Receptionist to join our team. Since this role aligns with our late-afternoon and night operations, you will be the primary point of contact for the office during these hours. The ideal candidate must possess flawless verbal and written English communication skills and present a polished corporate image.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk & Visitor Management
Greet employees, clients, vendors, and guests with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
Maintain a pristine, organized, and secure front desk and reception area.
Manage visitor logs, issue security badges, and ensure standard office check-in protocols are strictly followed.
2. Communication & Switchboard Operations
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally while providing basic company information when needed.
Monitor and respond to general corporate emails with impeccable grammar, corporate etiquette, and clear syntax.
3. Administrative & Facility Support
Coordinate incoming and outgoing couriers, mail, and shipments.
Assist the HR and Administration teams with day-to-day office tasks, vendor coordination, and inventory management for office supplies.
Ensure meeting rooms are prepared, scheduled, and tidy for executive or client calls.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Any Graduate – Graduation Degree Completion is Mandatory (Candidates with backlogs or pursuing distance/regular degrees are NOT eligible).
Language Proficiency: Excellent, flawless command over the English language (both written and spoken) is an absolute must-have for this role.
Experience: 0 to 2 years. Freshers with great communication skills and a corporate mindset are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills: Basic hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard internet tools.
Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding corporate etiquette, patience, active listening skills, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
Shift Readiness: Absolute comfort working the fixed 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM shift on a 6-day work week schedule.
