Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and positive attitude.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.

  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.

  • Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing couriers and packages.

  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.

  • Coordinate with different departments for internal communication.

  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and interviews.

  • Maintain office supplies and inform management of required stock.

  • Assist in handling customer or vendor inquiries received at the front desk.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Presentable appearance with a customer-focused mindset.

  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic knowledge of office equipment like printers, scanners, and intercoms.
