Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & ReceptionGreet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests with professionalism.Answer and route incoming calls; manage emails and general inquiries.Maintain visitor records and ensure access control protocols.Handle incoming and outgoing courier/letters/documents.Administrative & Office OperationsMaintain office supplies, stationery, and inventory.Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and facility management.Ensure meeting rooms are prepared, clean, and equipped.Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal events.Support HR in onboarding activities (ID cards, documentation, desk setup).Operational SupportAssist different departments with operational tasks as assigned.Help in preparing basic reports, documentation, and spreadsheets.Coordinate travel bookings and related logistics.Maintain records of expenses, reimbursements, and petty cash (if assigned).Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of office operations.RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.1–3 years of experience in front office/administration/operations.Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).Pleasant personality, disciplined, and customer-service oriented.Strong coordination, multitasking, and time management skills.Preferred QualitiesPositive attitude and professional presentation.Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.Quick learner and proactive problem solver
