Job Description
What you’ll do
Rules and Responsibilities:
The Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) is the first point of contact for clients visiting the site or
office. The role involves handling walk-in customers, managing inquiries, coordinating with the sales
team, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the property buying
journey
Maintaining all the front desk records and visitors registration.
Handling client visits/ arrangements in coordination with facility terms.
Monitor conference room booking and coordinate meeting rooms’ setup for specific requests
during client visit in coordination with Admin/facility coordinator.
Greet and guide visitors / Clients, informing staffs of their arrival.
Preferred candidate profile
10th, +2 or Degree & professional experience in GRE
Ensuring exceptional guest experiences and satisfaction.
Handling guest complaints and resolving issues promptly.
Energetic, self-motivated, greeting and welcoming guests.
Building rapport and fostering loyalty.
