Job Description

What you’ll do

Rules and Responsibilities:

The Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) is the first point of contact for clients visiting the site or

office. The role involves handling walk-in customers, managing inquiries, coordinating with the sales

team, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the property buying

journey

 Maintaining all the front desk records and visitors registration.

 Handling client visits/ arrangements in coordination with facility terms.

 Monitor conference room booking and coordinate meeting rooms’ setup for specific requests

during client visit in coordination with Admin/facility coordinator.

 Greet and guide visitors / Clients, informing staffs of their arrival.

Preferred candidate profile

 10th, +2 or Degree & professional experience in GRE

 Ensuring exceptional guest experiences and satisfaction.

 Handling guest complaints and resolving issues promptly.

 Energetic, self-motivated, greeting and welcoming guests.

 Building rapport and fostering loyalty.

 6 days working schedule with a standard 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM shift.
