We are seeking a polished, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for JIPL. As the face and voice of our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive, welcoming impression for clients, visitors, and employees. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor, and the ability to multitask seamlessly in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Guest & Visitor Management: Greet clients, visitors, and vendors warmly as they arrive; ensure proper sign-in procedures and direct them to the appropriate person or meeting room.
Call & Communication Handling: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally while providing basic information about the company when needed.
Front Desk Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area and lobby at all times.
Mail & Courier Logistics: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and couriers; manage outgoing shipments.
Administrative Support: Assist the HR and Admin teams with clerical tasks, including data entry, scheduling appointments, maintaining meeting room calendars, and scanning/filing documents.
Office Supplies Tracking: Monitor and manage inventory for office and pantry supplies, placing orders when necessary.
