Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.
Maintain accurate visitor records and ensure proper entry/exit logs.
Handle incoming and outgoing couriers for the office and branches.
Assist in scheduling meetings and managing conference room bookings.
Coordinate with other departments to provide administrative support.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Provide basic information about the company to visitors and callers.
Assist in travel and ticket bookings for senior management.
Handle employees’ personal orders received at the reception responsibly.
