Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and responsible Front Desk Executive/Receptionist to manage our front office operations. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and must maintain a professional and welcoming environment at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally.

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.

  • Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and front desk documents.

  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.

  • Handle courier management (incoming/outgoing).

  • Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the front desk area.

  • Assist HR/Admin team in basic administrative tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 0–2 years of experience in front desk/receptionist role.

  • Good communication skills (Hindi & English).

  • Presentable and polite personality.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).

  • Ability to handle multitasking and work under pressure.
