Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and helpful attitude
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain office security by following procedures and managing visitor logs
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
Perform basic administrative and clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning
Provide information to clients or customers as needed
Support various departments with administrative tasks
Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer service–oriented with a professional demeanor
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
