Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk activities, handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, courteous, and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Maintain visitor records, issue visitor passes, and ensure security procedures are followed
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
Coordinate with internal departments to provide information and support as required
Handle inquiries (in person, phone, or email) promptly and professionally
Monitor and manage office supplies related to the front desk
