We are looking for a Hospital Receptionist to join our team Multi Speciality Hospital in panvel to perform a variety of administrative tasks.
As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone call. The position offers an in-hand salary of Rs12000-15000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationary supplies.
Receive, sort,and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.
Perform administrative tasks like filling, photocopying, and maintaining office records.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th and 6month experience range. other required skill include proficiency in microsoft office suite,
multitasking and time- management, with the ability to priorities tasks. He/she must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and
