Responsibilities:
Handle guest check-in/check-out and front desk operations
Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve queries efficiently
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
Maintain billing, records, and PMS entries
Support and guide junior staff when required
Requirements:
1–3 years of front office experience in a hotel or luxury resort
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of PMS and basic computer operations
Flexible to work shifts
