The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for customers, managing inquiries, and providing excellent support to ensure a smooth showroom experience.
Key Responsibilities:.
Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and guide them to the appropriate product section or sales team.
Handle incoming phone calls, messages, and customer queries politely and professionally.
Maintain visitor records and update customer details in the system.
Coordinate with the sales and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the front desk and reception area.
Manage basic administrative tasks such as billing support, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
Candidate Requirements:.
Experience: 1–2 years in a similar front office or customer service role (showroom/retail preferred).
Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
Skills:.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly and confident personality.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).
Ability to handle customers with patience and professionalism.
Good appearance and grooming.
Working Hours:.
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Adjust as per your actual timings).
