Job Description

  • Make outbound calls and attend inbound inquiries from prospective clients interested in slimming, weight loss, and wellness services.

  • Explain clinic treatments, packages, and programs clearly and confidently over the phone.

  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable slimming or wellness solutions.

  • Convert leads into clinic visits, consultations, and program enrollments.

  • Follow up with interested leads through calls, messages, and reminders to maximize conversion.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or manual registers.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets set by the management.

  • Coordinate with front desk executives, counsellors, and clinic managers to ensure smooth appointment scheduling.

  • Handle basic client queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

  • Maintain high standards of customer service and represent the clinic brand positively.
