Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients and explain Slimming & Wellness programs.

  • Convert leads into consultations and appointments for the clinic.

  • Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain a lead database in CRM.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales & call targets.

  • Understand client needs and provide customized wellness solutions.

  • Coordinate with front desk and counsellors to ensure client appointments are managed effectively.

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude to ensure excellent client experience.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales / telecalling (preferably in slimming, wellness, beauty, or healthcare industry).

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills (English, Tamil, or regional languages).

  • Good listening skills and customer-centric approach.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM software).

  • Ability to work under targets and pressure.
