Job Description

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Aaradhya Realty to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹20000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.
