About the Role
We are looking for a courteous and well-organized Front Desk Executive to manage front desk operations and handle appointment scheduling. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations, including greeting and assisting visitors and clients
Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
Maintain visitor logs and front desk records
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and presentable at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any degree
Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, scheduling systems)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Preferred Attributes
Prior experience in a front desk or customer service role or a Fresher
Professional appearance and positive attitude
