Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Front Office Management

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.

  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.

  • Maintain visitor logs, employee attendance records, and front-office documentation.

  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meeting room bookings.

  • Assist with office administration tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

Telecalling Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers as per business requirements.

  • Handle inbound calls, provide accurate information, and route calls to the appropriate departments.

  • Explain products or services and respond to customer inquiries.

  • Maintain call logs, customer records, and follow-up details in the CRM or database.

  • Conduct follow-up calls for feedback, appointment reminders, or service updates.

  • Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and ensure high-quality communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).

  • Experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or Telecaller is an advantage.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling abilities.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
