Position: Front Desk Representative


Experience: 1–2 years (Sales / Customer Service)


Job Location:


Noida | Greater Noida | Delhi | Gurgaon | Faridabad | Ghaziabad


Working Hours (2 Shift Model):

Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Evening Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Weekly Off: Rotational Week Off

Key Responsibilities:


1. Customer Handling:


Greet and assist walk-in members and prospects

Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk


2. Sales & Conversions:


Convert walk-ins into memberships

Explain plans, offers, and benefits clearly


3. Member Management:


Handle queries, complaints, and follow-ups

Ensure smooth onboarding of members


4. Administrative Tasks:


Manage check-ins, CRM updates, and payment records

Maintain daily reports


5. Facility Coordination:


Ensure front desk hygiene and coordination with staff

Requirements:

1–2 years experience in Sales / Front Desk / Customer Service

Good communication & convincing skills

Basic knowledge of Excel / CRM

Presentable and energetic personality

Interest in fitness industry preferred

Salary:


₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month + Incentives
