Maintain employee and visitor logs.

Support event or meeting planning by preparing materials and setup.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
Proven experience as Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
