Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management: Greeting visitors, maintaining a tidy reception area, and managing visitor logs.
Communication & Inquiries: Answering and directing calls, managing emails, and addressing client queries or complaints.
Administrative Support: Handling courier services, filing, data entry, and coordinating with departments for smooth operations.
Sales & Client Coordination: Scheduling appointments for sales teams, maintaining client records, and assisting with site visit coordination.
Office Operations: Managing petty cash, monitoring office stationery, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in front office, reception, or customer service roles, preferably in real estate.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
Attributes: Professional appearance, polite demeanour, multitasking ability, and strong organizational skills
