JOB DESCRIPTION:
Greeting Visitors, Guest and make them comfortable in office and facilitate them.
Post & Courier management
Answering and making calls.
Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received.
Good command on English Communication
Well versed with Computer skills and data entry work
Presentable and good looking personality.
Greet visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Assisting visitors in finding their way around the office.
Accept all letters and packages and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
Answering, forwarding and screening phone calls and distribute them to their
appropriate departments.
Answer a multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper
extensions or taking messages and delivering them within our message system along
with setting up conference calls as requested.
Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
Sorting and distributing mail.
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as
required.
Assist new applicants who come into the building to apply for positions, including
providing them with applications, pens and clipboards.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and
regulations.
Handle filing and data entry as requested
