Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Executive. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 year of relevant experience and will be responsible for managing the front desk operations with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Manage and coordinate appointments and meetings.

Provide general administrative support, including handling correspondence and managing office supplies.

Ensure security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.

Assist in maintaining office files and records.

Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and visitors.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications:

6 months to 2 year of experience as a Front Desk Executive or similar role.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel).

Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

Ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
