We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front Office cum Telecaller to handle front desk operations and manage client and candidate communication efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls as necessary.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure smooth front desk operations.
Perform tele calling for recruitment, lead generation, or client coordination.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
Maintain and update records, databases, and correspondence.
Support HR and recruitment teams with administrative tasks.
Ensure a professional and welcoming reception area.
Graduate in any discipline.
2–3 years of experience in front office, receptionist, or tele caller roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain professionalism under pressures
