Complaint Handling & Resolution – Address customer concerns, complaints, or escalations in a professional manner and provide quick solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
Mall Information Desk Management – Manage the help desk/information counter, guide guests on mall facilities (parking, washrooms, restaurants, entertainment zones, etc.).
Event & Promotion Support – Coordinate with the marketing/events team for mall promotions, brand activations, and special events, ensuring smooth execution and guest engagement.
Reporting & Coordination – Maintain visitor feedback reports, share daily updates with the mall management team, and coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other service teams.
