Requirements:
✔️ 1–2 years of relevant experience
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Presentable personality and professional appearance
✔️ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email & Internet)
✔️ Ability to handle visitors, calls and appointments professionally
✔️ Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
Languages:
✔️ English (Mandatory)
✔️ Hindi (Preferred but not mandatory)
✔️ Kannada, Telugu or Tamil (Preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
✔️ Manage front desk operations
✔️ Attend incoming calls and visitors
✔️ Schedule appointments and maintain records
✔️ Coordinate with internal teams
✔️ Handle administrative and office support tasks
Work Schedule:
✔️ 6 Days Working
✔️ One Weekly Off (Monday–Friday)
✔️ Saturday & Sunday Working
