Job Description

  • Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, manage calls, emails, and general inquiries, and maintain a tidy reception area.

  • Student Counseling: Provide detailed information on courses, fees, and admission procedures; guide students to the right academic path.

  • Admission Process: Assist with applications, collect documentation, handle fee processing, and ensure smooth enrollment.

  • Lead Management: Follow up with potential students via phone, email, and chat; convert inquiries into admissions.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and admissions in a CRM or student management system.

  • Administrative Support: Perform data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in relevant languages (e.g., English, Hindi).

    • Interpersonal: Friendly, empathetic, professional, and a pleasing personality.

    • Technical: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM/ERP software.

    • Organizational: Strong multitasking, record-keeping, and ability to work under pressure.
