Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and delivery partners
Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Coordinate with transport, courier, and e-commerce teams
Maintain dispatch records, courier details, and shipment updates
Follow up on deliveries, pickups, and transport schedules
Manage front desk operations and visitor records
Support documentation and data entry work
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
Maintain professional communication with clients and vendors

Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling
