Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and well-organized Front Office Executive to manage the reception area and provide administrative support in a legal firm. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to handle clients and office tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and direct them appropriately
Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
Coordinate meetings and manage conference room bookings
Support advocates and staff with basic administrative tasks
Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and documents
Maintain office cleanliness and front desk organization
Assist in preparing basic reports and documentation
Required Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
