Job Overview
· Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. is seeking a polite, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to manage reception and front office operations

· The role involves welcoming visitors, handling patient inquiries, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth front desk functioning while maintaining a professional and positive first impression of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet patients, visitors, and guests courteously and assist them with inquiries.
· Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and walk-in coordination.
· Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk communications efficiently.
· Maintain visitor logs, patient records, and front office documentation.
· Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and internal departments for smooth patient flow.
· Handle billing support, receipts, and basic cash handling if required.
· Ensure cleanliness, organization, and discipline at the reception area.
· Address patient concerns or escalate issues to the concerned department.
· Follow hospital policies, SOPs, and confidentiality guidelines at all times.
Key Requirements
Experience
· 1–2 years of experience in the front desk, reception, or customer service role preferred.
Educational Qualification
· Graduate in any discipline
· Diploma or certification in Front Office / Hospitality will be an added advantage.
Skills
· Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, data entry).
· Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Ability to handle patients and visitors with empathy and patience.
