Job Description

Front Desk Executive (Female)

Location: SBR, Bodakdev Ahmedabad

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

  • Sunday Off

Job Role:

You will be the first person patients meet when they visit the clinic.

Main Responsibilities:

✅ Welcome patients and visitors politely.

✅ Help patients feel comfortable and provide a good experience.

✅ Manage appointments and schedules.

✅ Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient inquiries.

✅ Maintain patient records and basic administrative work.

✅ Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff.

✅ Handle billing, payments, and receipts if required.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).

  • Good customer service attitude.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
