Job Title: Guest Relation Executive
Location: Nala Sopara / Thane
Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly attitude.
Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
Coordinate with internal departments to meet guest needs.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
Keep records of guest interactions and feedback.
Requirements:
1–3 years of relevant experience in Guest relation executive / front desk.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Presentable, well-spoken, and confident in guest-facing roles.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
