Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and visitors with a warm, courteous, and professional demeanor.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
Coordinate appointment scheduling and maintain a calendar for test drives and client meetings.
Handle customer queries and provide basic information about the showroom and vehicle lineup.
Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Maintain and update client databases and visitor logs.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management.
Offer refreshments and ensure a comfortable waiting experience for guests.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
Proven experience as a receptionist or front desk representative, preferably in a high-end or customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in Receptionist Duties and Customer Service.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
