Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist patients and visitors in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
• Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-up calls.
• Maintain accurate records of patient visits and ensure smooth registration and billing processes.
• Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about clinic services and timings.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the reception and waiting area.
• Collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain daily cash records.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of patient information and documents.
• Key Requirements:
• Graduate or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience as a receptionist/front desk executive in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setup preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-handling skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, or clinic management software).
• Professional, calm, and patient-oriented demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
