Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-presented, professional, and efficient Front Desk Executive with at least 1 year of experience to manage our front office operations. You will be the first point of contact for our organization and play a key role in creating a positive impression on clients, visitors, and staff.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Manage front desk operations including answering phone calls, emails, and directing inquiries.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries.

  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes when necessary.

  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and well-maintained.

  • Schedule appointments and meetings as required.

  • Provide administrative support to various departments.

  • Coordinate with facility management for maintenance and office supplies.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or customer service role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and professional demeanor.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
