Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-presented, professional, and efficient Front Desk Executive with at least 1 year of experience to manage our front office operations. You will be the first point of contact for our organization and play a key role in creating a positive impression on clients, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage front desk operations including answering phone calls, emails, and directing inquiries.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes when necessary.
Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and well-maintained.
Schedule appointments and meetings as required.
Provide administrative support to various departments.
Coordinate with facility management for maintenance and office supplies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or customer service role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and professional demeanor.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
