JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet and guide patients and visitors politely.
Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling.
Handle billing, receipts, and payment records.
Maintain accurate patient data in the system.
Coordinate between departments for smooth workflow.
Manage daily patient inflow and waiting area.
Respond to patient queries and complaints.
Ensure confidentiality of patient records.
Handle calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
Assist in preparing daily MIS reports.
DESCRIPTION:
Salary is negotiable for deserving candidates.
Applications are open to candidates across India.
Preference will be given to candidates from outside Jharkhand.
All applicants must submit their last three months’ salary slips.
Interview process: First round will be telephonic & For second round candidate needs to come at the office.
Willing to relocate to Jharkhand State only can apply.
