A Guest Relation Executive (GRE) at Narang Realty (a prominent real estate developer in Mumbai) acts as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer experiences and administrative support at the sales office.


Core Responsibilities Client

* Welcoming & Registration: Greet walk-in clients warmly, collect guest information via walk-in forms, and assign a Sales Manager as approved by the site head.

* Customer Service & Grievances: Provide after-sales follow-ups, address customer queries, and efficiently handle complaints.

* Coordinate with Site Engineers, plumbers, or electricians to resolve post-sales customer complaints.

* Sales Office Administration: Manage front desk operations, handle general office administration (petty cash, maintaining inventory/stock), and manage courier entries and deliveries.

* Hospitality & Maintenance: Coordinate with housekeeping and pantry staff to ensure top-tier hospitality for visitors. Ensure the overall cleanliness and proper arrangement of the sales office, meeting rooms, and conference rooms.

* Data & Reporting: Maintain customer databases, update MIS, and manage marketing collaterals and support documents at the site.Sales Team Support: Assist the sales team with required documentation and cross-functional support
