Job Summary
We are seeking a well-presented and proactive Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a polite demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage front office operations, housekeeping coordination, and vendor interactions
Attend and route incoming/outgoing calls with professional etiquette; maintain call records
Maintain and update registers for attendance, stationery, inward/outward documentation, and courier tracking
Oversee daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth functioning of the front desk
Support clinic-related activities as required
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in front office or administrative roles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Presentable appearance with a courteous and professional approach
Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email handling, etc.)
Flexible with work timings and adaptable to operational needs
