Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional attitude and ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
Manage front desk operations including reservations, room allocation, and guest inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing, and occupancy using the property management system (PMS).
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
Handle telephone and email correspondence professionally, providing prompt and courteous responses.
Process payments, generate invoices, and maintain proper records of cash and card transactions.
Address guest feedback, concerns, or complaints efficiently and escalate when necessary.
Ensure the lobby and front office area remain neat, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Assist in promoting hotel services, amenities, and special offers to guests.
Prepare daily reports (occupancy, revenue, guest satisfaction) and share with management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience as a Front Office Executive / Receptionist in a hotel or resort environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric approach.
Proficiency in using Property Management Systems (PMS) and MS Office applications.
Well-groomed, confident, and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during busy operations.
Knowledge of check-in/check-out procedures, billing, and reservation systems.
