Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Patient Relations: Greet patients/visitors, manage the reception area, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and guide patients to relevant departments.
Registration & Documentation: Register new patients, update records in the HIS, verify patient documents, and manage patient inquiries.
Billing Operations: Prepare, verify, and process invoices for OPD, diagnostics, and IPD (inpatient) services.
Cashiering & Payments: Collect payments (cash, card, UPI), issue receipts, maintain daily cash records, and manage payment settlements.
Administrative Support: Maintain confidentiality of patient records, assist with admission/discharge procedures, and coordinate with clinical staff.
