Job Summary We are seeking a confident, experienced, and mature Community Manager / Floor Manager to independently manage front desk operations and daily workspace activities. The ideal candidate will ensure a professional, well-maintained, and welcoming environment while supporting client satisfaction and community engagement. Key Responsibilities • • • • • • • Manage front desk operations, including handling visitors and incoming calls professionally. Ensure daily workspace and floor readiness, including reception, meeting rooms, and common areas. Coordinate with housekeeping, technicians, and vendors to ensure smooth operations. Support client/member coordination and operational requirements. Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and high service standards across the workspace. Promote community engagement and enhance member experience. Monitor meeting room bookings and optimize workspace utilization. Candidate Requirements • • • • • Prior experience in community management, front office, coworking spaces, hospitality, or facility management roles. Male candidates preferred. Confident, well-presentable, and strong communication skills. Ability to manage daily operations independently. Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
