We are looking for an Executive Secretary to join our team at Ayra International to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will be coordinating with premium clients. You will attend the meetings noting all the minutes of the meeting and assist MD.Besides this, you will be managing mails and calls on behalf of the MD.
The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹40,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating with premium clients.
Answer mails and calls on behalf of MD.
Managing office with coordinating with the other departments.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.
Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 6+ years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
