Executive Assistant Responsibilities Executive Assistant Business Coordination & Strategic Support: Collaborate with the Country Head, Business Head, CFO Office, and Project Development Teams on key business initiatives. Conduct discussions and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables. Perform data research, analysis, and interpretation to assess the impact of projects on business outcomes. Support financial planning by assisting in the closure of books and finalization of periodic financial statements. Identify cost optimization opportunities in inventory management, contract accounting, and overheads. MIS & Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and present data to support decision-making. Prepare and review MIS reports, business updates, and project performance reports. Conduct comparable analysis and market research to provide strategic insights. Create presentations and reports for the Senior Leadership Team. Calendar & Schedule Management: Effectively manage and prioritize the Country Head's schedule, ensuring optimal time utilization. Organize meetings, prepare minutes of meetings (MOM), and follow up on action items. Plan and coordinate business trips, including scheduling appointments, travel bookings, and itinerary planning. Administrative & Secretarial Support: Handle email correspondence, letter drafting, and communication on behalf of the Country Head. Oversee event management, meeting arrangements, and administrative tasks. Manage payment follow-ups, vouchers, and processing of bills/expenses. Stakeholder & Liaison Management: Act as the point of contact between the Country Head and internal/external stakeholders. Ensure seamless communication and coordination across all business functions. Work closely with key personnel at the Group level to drive alignment and execution of business goals. Process Improvement & Execution: Develop structured workflows to streamline business operations. Support in monitoring key projects and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Proactively flag risks and propose mitigation strategies for business challenges. Key Stakeholders - Internal Business Heads and Functional Heads Other Teams - Legal, Finance, HR, Project, Sales and Marketing Key Stakeholders - External Consultants & Advisors Group Companies Suppliers & Vendors Qualifications Educational Qualification: Graduate Work Experience (Range of years): 5-7 Years Preferred Industry: Experience, in Handling EA Role to CEO/CXO's. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
