Job Title: Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Location: Sonipat

IMMEDIATE JOINNER required Only


Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director (MD) in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have strong follow-up and coordination skills, be able to manage administrative and personal tasks efficiently, and maintain complete confidentiality and professionalism.

This is not a conventional E.A. role — we are looking for someone dynamic, adaptable, and sharp, similar to Anne Hathaway’s character in “The Devil Wears Prada” — confident, quick-learning, and efficient under pressure.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.

  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications on behalf of the MD.

  • Handle documentation, correspondence, and reports using MS Office (Word and Excel).

  • Maintain organized records and assist in administrative coordination.

  • Perform quality follow-ups on key assignments and ensure accountability.

  • Support in handling personal tasks and errands for the MD as required.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Office Coordinator.

  • Education: Graduate from a Secretarial College or equivalent qualification.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Excellent follow-up skills (most crucial requirement).

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word).

    • Shorthand knowledge preferred.

  • Communication: Strong command over English (written and verbal).

  • Marital Status: Married (preferably with children).

  • Location: Should live within 45 minutes traveling distance from the office.

  • Job Stability: Preference for candidates with stable job history.

  • Personality: Honest, dependable, and open to handling both professional and personal assignments for the MD.
