Description

Greet and assist patients in a polite and professional manner.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries.
Maintain patient records and update information in the system.
Manage billing, payments, and insurance documentation.
Coordinate with dentists and staff for smooth clinic operations.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Candidate should be friendly with kids, should do fluent communication in English Gujarati and Hindi.
Should have knowledge of computer.
Soft spoken, confident , sincere, flexible, Well dressed, well behaved with positive attitude and eager to follow given instructions.
