Dental Assistant/Receptionist

What You'll Do

Front Desk & Reception

• Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism.

• Schedule and manage appointments efficiently.

• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient inquiries.

• Maintain patient records using clinic management software.

• Coordinate patient follow-ups and treatment reminders.

• Manage billing, payments, and daily reports.

Clinical Assistance

• Assist the dentist during various dental procedures.

• Prepare and sterilize instruments according to infection control protocols.

• Maintain treatment rooms and ensure clinical readiness.

• Help with inventory management and stock maintenance.

• Assist in taking X-rays and clinical photographs (training provided where applicable).

• Ensure patients have a comfortable and positive experience throughout their visit.
  

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

• Friendly, courteous, and patient-focused.

• Well-groomed with excellent communication skills.

• Knows English (Kannada and Hindi are an added advantage).

• Comfortable using computers and smartphones.

• Quick to learn and willing to take initiative.

• Honest, responsible, and punctual.

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• A team player with a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a dental assistant or receptionist is preferred but not mandatory.

• Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

• Any qualification in healthcare, dentistry, nursing, or allied fields is an added advantage.
